Our Services

Bergeron Home Care, LLC provides supported living and quality care to adult individuals with developmental disabilities
and/or mental illness.  We currently have three WI State Licensed 3-4 Bed Adult Family Homes, located in beautiful Siren, WI. 

We currently accept members of Inclusa, IRIS and county or private paid individuals.

              We Offer:

• 24 hours a day, 7 days a week Staffing
• Medication Management
• Healthy Meals
• Medical Transportation
• Personal Care Assistance
• Recreation and Leisure Time Activities
• And a team approach in working with other entities involved in the care of our residents.

Learning Opportunities

We also offer weekly group and/or individual learning opportunities on topics such as:

• Cooking
• Budgeting
• Stress/Anger Management
• Self-Esteem Building
• Maintaining Healthy Relationships, etc.

*Learning opportunities are planned with our resident's personalized needs and wants in mind.

Activities

The residents in our Adult Family Home enjoy a wide selection of daily/weekly/monthly activities. Some activities include:

• Scrapbooking
• Talent/Hobby Development
• House Game Nights 
• Crafting
• Gardening
• Community Events (music in the park, parades, etc.)
• Movies at Timbers Theatres
• Going on a Fun Outing!
